Showroom & Display Coordinator (Yardsperson)

Sydney BMW & MINI Garage – Rushcutters Bay

Sydney BMW & MINI Garage is seeking a Showroom & Display Coordinator to help maintain the high presentation standards our BMW and MINI customers expect.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in detail, enjoys working around premium vehicles, and plays an important part in delivering an exceptional showroom and vehicle display experience across New Car, Used Car and MINI departments.

About the Role

Working closely with Sales Managers, Sales Consultants, Pre-Delivery and external partners, you will be responsible for ensuring showroom displays, carpark presentation, and vehicle readiness are maintained to brand standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Showroom & Display Presentation

Maintain daily presentation standards across all showroom and display areas

Dust and wipe vehicles daily with a focus on high-touch points including screens, door handles and tailgates

Ensure display vehicles are correctly positioned, plugged into power supplies, and paired with the correct specification stands

Carpark & Stock Presentation

Ensure vehicles are clean, fuelled and grouped correctly.

Monitor fuel levels across sold and stock vehicles

Vehicle Preparation & Movements





Assist Sales and Pre-Delivery teams with preparing sold vehicles for customer delivery

Coordinate vehicle movements throughout the building

Manage supplier key handovers as required

Vehicle Photography Support

Work with Sales Managers and Carsales photographers to prepare demo and used vehicles for online advertising

Ensure vehicles are presentation-ready to meet photography timelines

General Support

Assist with ad-hoc requests as directed by Sales Managers and Sales Teams

About You

High attention to detail and pride in presentation

Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks

Comfortable working in a hands-on, physical role

Confident working around vehicles in a fast-paced setting

Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Dealership or automotive experience preferred, but not essential.

Hold a NSW Drivers License.
