We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisorto join our Sydney team. This is an excellent opportunity to work onhigh-profile landscape and civil construction projects while building yourcareer with a well-established and growing business.
About the Role
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeingthe day-to-day delivery of landscape and civil construction projects, ensuringwork is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Youwill lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors and play a key role indelivering successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Superviseand coordinate daily site operations on large-scale landscape and civilprojects.
- Interpretconstruction drawings, survey information and project specifications.
- Coordinatesubcontractors, suppliers and site resources.
- Monitorproject progress and assist with planning and scheduling.
- Ensurecompliance with quality standards, including ITPs and inspections.
- Maintaina strong focus on workplace health, safety and environmental compliance.
- Assistwith cost control and efficient resource management.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum5 years' experience in a Site Supervisor, Foreperson or similar leadershiprole.
- Experiencedelivering large-scale civil and/or landscape construction projects.
- Strongknowledge of construction drawings, survey set out and project planning.
- Provenability to lead teams and manage subcontractors.
- Acommitment to safety, quality and delivering projects on time.
- Experienceacross both the civil and landscape sectors will be highly regarded.
- Relevantmachinery tickets or licences are advantageous.
