About the Role
- Conducting private property inspections and open homes.
- Responding to rental enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Processing tenancy applications and preparing lease documentation.
- Building strong relationships with prospective and existing tenants.
- Working closely with our Property Management team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Skills and experience
- Must be able to work on Saturday
- Must have their current certificate of registration or License in Real Estate
- 1 year of experience in a leasing consultant role preferred however not essential
- Trustworthy
- An amazing level of energy, enthusiasm and a outstanding attitude
- Self-Motivated
- Be a team player
- Honesty and reliability
- Your own car and a current driver's license
