About the Role We are looking for a Pool Construction & Filtration Technician to join our post-installation team. This isn't just a cleaning role; you will be responsible for the "mechanical heart" of the pool. You will build filtration manifolds, install high-end equipment, and manage the pool's chemistry and presentation from the moment it’s installed until the day we hand over the keys to the happy owners.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Filtration Building: Assembly and installation of filtration systems (pumps, filters and chlorinators) including PVC pipework and manifold builds.

- Commissioning: Starting up new systems, programming equipment, and balancing water chemistry for brand-new pools.

- Project Maintenance:



Routine cleaning and water quality management throughout the construction cycle to ensure the pool remains in peak condition.

- Site Presentation: Conduct post-construction clean‑ups, waste removal, and ensuring the site is "photo‑ready" for handover.

- Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving hydraulic or equipment issues during the build phase.

- Handovers: Providing professional demonstrations to customers on how to operate and love their new pool.

What We’re Looking For

- Technical Ability: Experience in pool plumbing, filtration setup, or a mechanical trade is highly regarded.

- The "Trade" Mindset: You take pride in neat pipework and organised equipment pads.

- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work outdoors in a physical role.

- Communication: You’ll be the face of the company during the final stages of the build—professionalism is key.

- License: Current driver’s licence is required (Company vehicle provided).
