Our operations are based in Rockhampton, Yeppoon, and Emerald, with proximity to mines, large civil infrastructure projects, and a wide range of pumping operations. What We Offer:

- Flexible Rosters: We offer options such as 2 weeks on, 1 week off, so you can maintain a great work‑life balance.

Key Requirements:

- Ticketed Concrete Boom Pump Operator – Certification required + 2 years experience.
- Current HR Truck License – Essential for operating the necessary machinery.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced workplace.
- Located in or willing to relocate to Central Queensland for ongoing projects.




- FIFO applicants welcome – accommodation provided.

Main Duties:

- Operate concrete pumping equipment to pump concrete.
- Pour, spray and spread concrete over areas such as foundations, pools and retaining walls.
- Prepare concrete pump for operation by setting up and connecting hoses, pipes and other equipment.
- Maintain concrete pump equipment.
- Monitor safety of the concrete boom pump and ensure worksite personnel follow relevant safety considerations in regards to the concrete boom pump.
- Safe and effective concrete placement.
- Co‑ordinate with worksite personnel to fulfil customer requirements safely.
- Troubleshoot machinery errors and breakdowns, with virtual or in‑person support of workshop supervisor as needed.
- Complete regular maintenance as required.
- Report all incidents and maintenance requests as soon as possible.
- Follow worksite and Concrete Pumping Queensland’s regulations.
- Comply with Concrete Pumping Queensland’s code of conduct, policies and procedures.
- Actively support fellow employees in their training and upskilling.
