Austal in Cairns is seeking an Injury Management Case Manager on a part time basis with flexible hours up to 24 per week, minimum 16. The role focuses on coordinating injury management and return-to-work outcomes across the business, supported by Austal's HSEQ function and on-site teams.
You will lead early intervention strategies, manage workers’ compensation and related medical cases, and report on injury trends to drive cost-effective, safe recovery and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
