We are seeking a Spare Parts Interpreter to join our team at Nepean Bearing Transport Supplies' in Smeaton Grange, NSW. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for interpreting and identifying the correct automotive spare parts to meet our customers' needs.

What you'll be doing

- Interpret technical diagrams, manuals and catalogues to identify the correct spare parts
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer requirements and recommending the right parts
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Manage inventory levels and reorder parts as needed
- Assist with other administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

- Previous experience as a Spare Parts Interpreter or in a similar automotive role
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive parts and components
- Comprehensive knowledge of automotive parts across all vehicle types including passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and heavy transport




- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to understand and meet customer needs
- Proficient in using computerised parts cataloguing systems
- Experience with computerised parts cataloguing systems with training provided for specific systems
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for the automotive industry
