J Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Labourer to join our growing team. We deliver a range of civil infrastructure projects across NSW and are looking for someone who is hardworking, reliable, safety-focused and takes pride in delivering quality work.

About the Role

- Assist with drainage, pipeline, roadworks and general civil construction activities.
- Perform trenching, excavation support and pipe laying.
- Install pits, kerb, concrete and associated civil infrastructure.
- Assist with site establishment, traffic management and erosion & sediment controls.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Carry out manual handling and general labouring duties.
- Work alongside plant operators and supervisors to achieve project outcomes.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised worksite.

Essential Requirements

- Minimum 2 years' experience in civil construction.
- Current White Card.
- Current Driver Licence (MR/HR licence highly regarded).
- Experience in drainage, pipe laying and general civil works.




- Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and quality.

Desirable

- Excavator, skid steer or roller tickets.
- Confined Space and Working at Heights tickets.
- First Aid Certificate.
- Traffic Control (Blue and Yellow Cards).
- Experience working around underground services.
