General Responsibilities

- Manage multiple modular home projects simultaneously from contract commencement to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and delivery programs.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues that may impact time, cost, or quality.
- Coordinate all project stakeholders including clients, consultants, suppliers, manufacturers, transport providers, and contractors.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to management and clients.

Design & Approvals

- Hold meetings with clients and help them select colors, claddings, walls, floors etc. as well as the internal layouts and configurations.
- Communicate and coordinate with the in-house design team to get designs done including architectural, engineering, and consultant documentation.
- Manage development approvals, building approvals, and regulatory compliance where required.
- Ensure construction documentation is complete prior to manufacturing.

Manufacturing Coordination

- Liaise with our workshop in China to coordinate production schedules.
- Coordinate with Chinese team to monitor manufacturing progress against agreed milestones.
- Ensure quality inspections are completed during factory production.
- Keep clients informed during all the procedure to make sure they are updated in a timely manner.

Site & Construction Management

- Coordinate site preparation, earthworks, foundations, utility connections, and access requirements.
- Manage transportation and installation of modular buildings.
- Book in-house installation crews and third-party tradies to get the expected works done.




- Ensure defects are rectified in a timely manner.

Client Communication and Management

- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the whole project (VALUABLE communication skills are highly required).
- Manage client expectations and resolve issues professionally.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from contract to handover.

Skills & Experience

This is a role for someone who thrives on challenges, loves the idea of prefabricated houses, and has the experience, skills and passion to be the best in modular home industry.

- Minimum 3 years' experience in residential construction industry and have experience in either project management or site works management roles.
- Strong knowledge of Australian residential building practices.
- Excellent project scheduling and coordination skills.
- Strong commercial and contract administration experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High attention to detail and well organized.
- Experience in delivering modular, prefabricated, or off-site construction projects is highly preferred (Not a must, but as a plus).
