Doyalson Wyee RSL Club Ltd trading as Doylo Lifestyle Group (DLG) is seeking an experienced, highly capable and motivated Project & Personal Assistant to support our CEO and Projects Team across our hospitality, entertainment and property portfolios.
This is a pivotal role within a rapid-paced, high-trust environment, requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders. The successful candidate will provide high-level executive and project support while helping drive efficiency, structure and coordination across a growing and dynamic organisation.
DLG is currently leading some of the largest and most exciting development projects on the Central Coast, while continuing to expand its portfolio of landmark businesses, including Doyalson RSL Club, Summerland Sporties Northmead Bowling Club and Active Fitness HQ.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide end-to-end executive, administrative and project support to the CEO and Projects Team, ensuring seamless coordination across business operations, development projects and key stakeholder communications.
This role is ideal for a highly organised professional who thrives on creating structure, solving problems and anticipating needs in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the CEO and Projects Team.
- Manage complex calendars across multiple stakeholders, ensuring efficient scheduling and minimal conflicts.
- Act as the central coordinator and gatekeeper for executive calendars, communications and commitments.
- Screen, prioritise and manage emails, correspondence and enquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate meetings, including agendas, briefing papers, minutes and action items.
- Support project administration and coordination across hospitality,
entertainment and property developments.
- Identify and leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve workflow efficiency, organisation and productivity.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation and event logistics.
- Manage gifting, dining and lifestyle arrangements as required.
- Drive consistency, structure and organisation across a fast-moving business environment.
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately, efficiently and with absolute confidentiality.
About You
You are a highly professional and proactive individual who enjoys being the trusted support behind senior leaders and major projects.
You Will Bring
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
- Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously.
- Robust technology skills and confidence using Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and scheduling platforms.
- Excellent prioritisation and multitasking capabilities.
- High levels of discretion, professionalism and integrity.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
- The ability to build positive relationships across all levels of an organisation.
- A minimum of five years' experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or senior administrative role.
- Experience within property, construction, development, hospitality or entertainment industries will be highly regarded but is not essential.

- Advanced diary, inbox and communications management.

- Strong meeting coordination, including agendas, reports, minutes and follow-up actions.
- Excellent organisational, administration and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong systems capability across Microsoft Office and scheduling platforms.
- End-to-end coordination of travel, events and executive logistics.
- An innovative mindset with an interest in AI and technology-driven productivity tools.
