This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Level 3 Systems Engineer looking to lead the delivery of cloud and infrastructure projects from design through implementation. The role combines hands‑on project delivery with client-facing responsibilities, while serving as the highest point of technical escalation within the Professional Services team.
Responsibilities
- Lead end to end infrastructure and cloud projects.
- Design, implement and document enterprise solutions.
- Deliver Microsoft and virtualization projects.
- Provide Level 3 technical escalation support when required.
- Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge.
- Work directly with clients throughout project delivery.
- Produce transparent technical documentation and handovers.
- Attend client sites across Sydney when required.

- Exposure to modern cloud and enterprise technologies.
- Genuine ownership of technical delivery.
- Career progression into Technical Lead or Solutions Architect.
- Training and certification support.
