Accessory Fitter – Pacific Motor Group (Sunshine Coast)

Pacific Motor Group is one of the Sunshine Coast’s leading automotive groups, representing multiple award-winning brands across our dealership network. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Accessory Fitter to join our team in the Pre delivery team in Caloundra.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys variety, and thrives in a fast-paced workshop environment.

About the Role

As an experienced Accessory Fitter, you will be responsible for fitting a range of genuine and aftermarket accessories across new and used vehicles, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Fitment of vehicle accessories including:
- Towbars, bullbars, nudge bars
- Roof racks, trays and canopies
- Side steps, snorkels, lights and electrical accessories
- Reversing cameras, dash cams and infotainment accessories

- Carry out basic wiring and electrical fitment work
- Ensure all fitments meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards
- Maintain clean,



organised workspaces and follow workshop procedures
- Liaise with service and sales teams to ensure timely delivery outcomes
- Complete job cards and documentation accurately

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience fitting vehicle accessories (essential)
- Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
- Auto electrical experience highly regarded (but not essential)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- A strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Current manual driver licence (essential)
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
