Selected candidates will startin our First Lift Program, a 12-week pathway to fast-track your skills and progression, this program is a hands-on pathway into the industry that combines technical training with real personal development. This is a casual role with ongoing, consistent work across multipleresidentialprojects.

The Role

Install & dismantle scaffolding and safety systems

Work on residential building sites

Complete basic reports and checks

What You Need

Scaffolding or construction experience





Orexperience working in ablue-collarenvironment(essential)

White Card

Driver’s licence + own transport(essential)

Willing to work Mon to Fri, with an average availability of up to 40-50 hours a week

Physically fit and ready for hands-on work in a fast-paced residential construction environment

It’sa bonus if you have:

Scaffold ticket or height safety experience

MR licence
