Our client is a growing, family-oriented real estate agency seeking a Property Manager who is keen to develop their Business Development skills and take the next step in their career. THE ROLE:
- Managing a shared portfolio of approximately 160 properties
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conducting routine inspections and managing maintenance requests
- Handling lease renewals,
arrears, and general portfolio management duties
- Attending QCAT hearings when required
- Assisting with business development activities to grow the rent roll
- Working closely with the team to ensure seamless portfolio coverage
THE REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2-3 years' Property Management experience
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and career-driven attitude
- The confidence to build recent business relationships
- Experience with PropertyMe, Realworks, RP Data, or IRE highly regarded
- Your own reliable vehicle
