Queensland Health’s GERI/RaSS team in Central Queensland seeks a Permanent Part Time Senior Nurse to deliver advanced geriatric nursing care in the Emergency Department setting. You will assess, plan and coordinate care for frail older patients, guiding junior staff and contributing to evidence-based practice.
You’ll lead multidisciplinary collaboration, participate in audits and projects, and help discharge planning to ensure patients receive the right care in the right place.
