This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, supporting sales processes, and delivering excellent customer service in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.

This is not an account’s role—it is a key position focused on supporting the sales function through accurate order processing, system management, and customer coordination.

About the Role

You will play an important role in keeping our sales operations running smoothly by managing orders, maintaining accurate system data, and supporting both customers and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and manage customer orders accurately using Unleashed (ERP) and CRM systems
- Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Support the sales team with quotes, pricing, product information, and general enquiries
- Maintain and update customer, pricing, and product data across ERP and CRM systems
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Monitor order progress and provide updates to customers as required




- Generate basic reports and insights using Excel and internal systems

About you

- Experience in sales administration, internal sales, or customer service support role
- Data entry and experience with CRM platforms, and/or Microsoft products including Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when processing orders and managing data
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus
- Well-organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to keep things moving
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
