About Us

Eye & Laser Surgeons is a specialist ophthalmology practice located in Bondi Junction, focused on premium patient care and advanced eye surgery.

We are seeking a friendly, professional and organised Medical Receptionist to join our team full time.

This is primarily a reception and patient-facing role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, and thrives in a busy team environment.

Previous medical reception experience is highly regarded, although applicants with strong customer service and administrative experience are encouraged to apply.

A minimum of 1-2 years medical reception experience would be highly regarded for this position.

About the Role

The role includes:

- Welcoming patients and providing excellent customer service
- Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
- Booking and confirming appointments
- Processing payments and billing




- Assisting the clinical and administrative team as required

Occasional leave cover at our Miranda location may be required (approx monthly).

About You

The successful applicant will have:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A professional and friendly manner
- Positive attention to detail and organisation
- Ability to work efficiently within a team
- Confidence using computers and practice software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Medical reception experience is valued but not essential.
