We are looking for skilled, experienced Riggers who specialise in hoist rigging and installations to join our team. With a massive pipeline of work across multiple major projects in the Sydney metropolitan area, we are offering stable, long-term work for the right people. If you have proven experience rigging, installing, raising, and dismantling passenger/materials hoists, and you are looking for a reliable crew with plenty of overtime hours on offer, this is the job for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Erection, climbing and dismantling of Alimak/construction hoists, mast climbers, and passenger/materials hoists
- Setting up rigging gear, winches, and hoisting equipment safely
- Working closely with crane operators, dogmen, and site supervisors to execute lifts and positioning
- Performing pre-start checks on equipment and ensuring strict adherence to WHS and site safety plans

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience as a Rigger (Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced) with specific hoist installation/rigging experience
- High Risk Work Licence (RB, RI, or RA)
- Valid White Card
- Reliable transport to get to various sites across Sydney
- Robust commitment to safety, teamwork, and turning up on time, every day
- Full working rights in Australia
