Registered Nurse - Community Health - Casual pool

Selection Criteria

To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.

Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

Critically assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team that is evidenced based and culturally appropriate to achieve quality patient/outcomes.

Effectively communicate in a person centred manner with patients/consumers, carers and the multidisciplinary health care team to ensure the provision of safe, compassionate, quality care.

Take responsibility and accountability for clinical practice, critical reflection, professional development and performance review.
