About the Role

We're looking for a motivated CNC Operator to join our Molendinar team on a full-time basis. Working Monday to Friday from 7am to 3:30pm, you'll be part of a skilled, supportive team producing premium timber stair components using industry-leading CNC technology. If you enjoy hands-on work, precision manufacturing and seeing the finished product come to life, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

- Manufacturing solid timber stair components using CNC machinery
- Operating Pod & Rail 5-Axis Biesse Rover A and Rover C machines
- Performing routine machine maintenance and upkeep
- Troubleshooting manufacturing issues
- Completing quality inspections and production documentation
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who takes pride in producing quality work and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. Ideally, you'll have:





- Experience operating CNC machinery (timber industry experience highly regarded)
- A current Australian Driver Licence
- A trade qualification in Carpentry, Joinery or a related trade (preferred)
- Experience in timber manufacturing or a similar production setting (advantageous)
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail and commitment to quality
