Repline is seeking an ICT Support Technician to support and improve our internal IT systems, business software, reporting tools and technology-based workflows. This role supports staff across office, administration, management and production areas by maintaining reliable ICT systems and implementing technology solutions that improve business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day ICT support for hardware, software and business systems.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support across the business.

Experience with Microsoft 365 applications and user management.

Support business software applications and reporting dashboards.

Document ICT systems, business processes and operational procedures.

Assist with implementing automation and AI solutions to improve business processes.





Support ongoing technology improvements and continuous business improvement initiatives including installing and downloading appropriate software.

Skills and Experience

Relevant ICT qualifications at least Diploma or equivalent industry experience.

At least 1 year of experience providing ICT support within a business workplace.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to document systems and business processes clearly.

Experience with reporting tools, automation, AI technologies or business process improvement will be highly regarded.

Manufacturing industry experience is desirable but not essential.
