About the Opportunity

As Centre Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the success of our service, leading with confidence, positivity, and purpose.

You'll:

- Lead the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring excellence across all areas
- Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of educators and leaders




- Build trusted partnerships with families and the local community
- Drive occupancy growth through robust engagement and community connections
- Champion compliance, quality, and continuous improvement
- Support and guide your team to achieve and maintain Meeting or Exceeding National Quality Standards outcomes
- Foster a culture where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn

About You

You're a confident and people-focused leader who is passionate about early education and building successful teams.

You'll bring:

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Proven experience in a Centre Manager leadership role
- A current Working with Children Check
- Strong operational, compliance, and financial management skills
- Demonstrated success in leading teams and achieving performance goals
- A commitment to creating positive experiences for children, families, and educators
