The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its Executive Leadership Group and play a pivotal role in the organization's strategic evolution. The CFO will be a key partner to the Managing Director, leading financial sustainability, commercial innovation, and organizational transformation. This executive will be responsible for a multidisciplinary portfolio, including finance, payroll, business performance, systems accounting, property, and fleet, and will work closely with the Executive Team to strengthen financial sustainability, improve organizational performance, and influence decision-making. The role goes beyond traditional finance leadership, with a focus on developing the next strategic plan, identifying new business opportunities, driving finance and systems transformation, and enhancing risk capability.The ideal candidate for the CFO position at the company will be a commercially astute and strategically minded finance executive, with a proven track record in leading finance transformation,



building high-performing teams, and partnering with executive leaders to achieve sustainable organizational outcomes. Experience in the not-for-profit, government, or commercial sectors is valued, and the successful candidate will be expected to align with the company's purpose and values, and be inspired by the chance to make a genuine difference in the lives of vulnerable Australians. The CFO should be adept at influencing through relationships, providing trusted advice, and translating complex financial information into practical business decisions, all while maintaining a focus on the positive impact of financial and business performance on the lives of the company's clients.
