This is an opportunity to lead a dedicated team of trainers, support facilitators and support officers, and play a key role in the success of education and training programs on the Sunshine Coast.

Our client is a well established provider of education and training programs, supporting participants to achieve positive learning and employment outcomes. As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), they are committed to quality service delivery, strong compliance standards and genuine community impact.

As Training Manager, you will provide leadership and support to Trainers, Support Facilitators, Participant Support Officers and Customer Support Officers, ensuring quality service delivery across education and training programs.

This role requires sound knowledge of contractual obligations and RTO requirements, along with a strong focus on compliance, coaching and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coach trainers in developing, planning and delivering training programs that meet student needs and national requirements
- Lead and coach support facilitators and participant support officers to build effective relationships with clients and support them to achieve their learning goals
- Work collaboratively with the Regional Manager and Community Development Officer to maximise program delivery opportunities and achieve agreed targets
- Coach, lead and develop employees to deliver customer and student centric outcomes, and support employees through organisational change
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with communities, regulators and key stakeholders




- Provide guidance and support in relation to relevant legislation, program delivery, policies and procedures
- Ensure accurate data capture and recording across relevant systems to support continuous improvement and contractual compliance

What You'll Bring

- Demonstrated experience in training and development leadership roles
- A track record of achieving business plan objectives and targets
- Demonstrated ability to build a strong customer service environment
- Mandatory: TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or equivalent (e.g. a degree or higher in adult education)
- Established relationships and networks within the sector
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where targets and outcomes are actively measured
- An effective and flexible leadership style, with strong communication, interpersonal skills, team building, resilience, accountability and self-management

Mandatory Requirements

- Hold or willing to obtain a valid NDIS Worker Screening Card
- Hold or willing to obtain a current Working with Children Card, or Registration to Work with Vulnerable People
- Current Open Driver Licence
