Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Transitional Nurse Practitioner (Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 2) to support diabetes care at Canterbury Hospital. This permanent full time role involves autonomous and collaborative practice, with advanced nursing duties including assessment, prescribing and referral within a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will hold current AHPRA registration as a Nurse Practitioner or be working towards that qualification, with
