- Employment Term: Permanent Full Time Opportunity
- Location: located in the peaceful surrounds of Auchenflower, The Wesley Hospital is just 5 mins from Toowong Shopping Village and 10 mins from Brisbane City
- Remuneration: $36.56 - $40.93 per hour + 12% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging(save tax and increase your take home pay)

Your part in our Wesley Hospital team

As part of our Rehab Team, you will work under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse to deliver safe and holistic care to individuals and their families, applying best clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment foroptimalpatient outcomes. In addition to this you will:

- Deliver exceptional person-centred care by working collaboratively with your multidisciplinary team, applying exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Apply sound clinical practice which ensures a safe environment and promotesoptimalpatient health
- Effectively exchange information with the Registered Nurse regarding patient responses to treatment and nursing care
- Demonstrate application of the principles of clinical and workplace risk management
- Achieveoptimumpatient care through effective collaboration with other health professionals and coordination of care




- Achievesoptimalpatient outcomes throughappropriate allocationof staff and delegation of work and effective communication skills

What makes a difference for us?

- Diploma of Nursing degree or equivalent and AHPRA registration, with a minimum of 12 months post-graduate experience within an acute hospital setting
- Full Australian Working Rights (please note, we are unable to provide sponsorshipat this time)
- Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster, withdemonstratedknowledge and understanding of Workplace Health and Safety practices.
- A commitment to patient safety and quality improvements and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospitals infection control requirements
