About the Role: Complete Staff Solutions is seeking an experienced Landfill Operator to safely and efficiently carry out day-to-day landfilling operations at the active face of the landfill. You would be required to balance operational demands with strict environmental & compliance requirements. Ensure correct waste placement and compaction under varying site and weather conditions.

A rewarding opportunity for an individual to utilise the skills and experience to carry out daily landfilling activities such as:

- Spreading, compacting & covering waste at the active working faces
- Ensuring waste is placed, compacted and covered in accordance with EPA licence.
- Inspect & manage incoming waste at the working face
- Support gatehouse & site operations when required, including basic record keeping and assisting with traffic flow.

Days & Hours:

Commencement Date:ASAP





Working Hours:7am - 3:30pm (8 hours with 30 min break)

Days: Monday to Friday week 1; Monday to Thursday week 2

Pay rate:$40.71 per hour

Construction Induction Certificate (WHS White Card)

Nationally accredited certificate of competency for LE - Excavator

Nationally accredited certificate or competency for Self-Propelled Compactor.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience operating self-propelled compactor and Excavator (LE)
- Robust understanding of safety and environmental compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Reliable and committed to maintaining high operational standards
