Club Macleay is a bowls club situated on Macleay Island within the Southern Moreton Bay Islands. Open for Lunch & Dinner 7 days per week featuring a classic menu with a highly rotating specials board.
We are looking for a current Chef/Cook to come and join the kitchen team.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Daytime & nighttime shifts
- Assist with ordering
- Assist with training & supervising staff
Skills & Experience:
- Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience
- Food Safety Certificate
- Above award pay rates!
