Avante Linemarking is seeking a highly organised and proactive Traffic Control Implementor & HR Drivers/ TMA Drivers to join our growing team. This role is essential in ensuring safe, complaint delivery of our projects across Queensland.

Applicants must have the following to be considered for this role:

- General Construction Industry White Card
- Current Traffic Controller Industry Authority - Stop/ Slow Bat, QLD.
- Traffic Management Implementation Card, QLD




- Dangerous Goods Drivers Licence preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in line marking, road construction, or other infrastructure projects, with focus on small through to large-scale operational requirements.
- Solid organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and professional approach to handling high value clients.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on safety, teamwork, and efficiency.
- Must have Australian work rights for this position.
- Demonstrable Leadership experience in live traffic sites and be driven to lead small team of traffic controllers
