A Country Garden Early Childhood Centres is seeking a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our team. About the Role

This position guarantees a minimum of 20 hours per week, with shifts scheduled within school hours. The role is primarily focused on lunch relief duties, though you may be involved in other parts of the program as needed. You’ll work alongside a supportive team to ensure continuity of care, smooth transitions, and a warm, welcoming setting for children.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide nurturing, responsive care during daily routines and transitions

- Assist with lunch breaks and support educators across rooms

- Engage with children in meaningful play and learning

- Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive environment





- Communicate positively with children, families, and colleagues

- Uphold the EYLF, NQS, and all regulatory requirements

Essential Requirements

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (minimum)

- Experience working in an early childhood setting

- A genuine passion for children’s learning and wellbeing

- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing needs throughout the day

- Current WWCC, First Aid/CPR, and other required compliance certifications
