We are looking for a motivated and patient-focused Registered Pharmacist to join our growing team.
About the Role
As a Community Pharmacist, you will play an important role in providing safe, evidence-based healthcare while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
- Providing medication counselling and clinical advice to patients.
- Conducting medication reviews and clinical interventions where appropriate.
- Delivering professional pharmacy services including vaccinations and health checks (training provided where required).
- Assisting with S3 medicine recommendations and OTC product advice.
- Ensuring compliance with all Pharmacy Board, PBS and legislative requirements.
- Working collaboratively with GPs, allied health professionals and aged care facilities.
- Supporting and mentoring pharmacy assistants,
dispensary technicians and pharmacy students.
- Assisting with stock management, dispensary workflow and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Helping create a welcoming environment that delivers an outstanding customer experience.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for community pharmacy and patient care.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Vaccination accreditation (preferred but not essential).
- Experience with community pharmacy dispensing software (preferred).
