Our Graduate Pathway supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander university students and graduates as they take the next step in their careers. Whether you're finishing your degree or recently graduated, we offer meaningful roles across a range of business areas.

You’ll be supported by our Indigenous Careers Team, mentors, and peers - plus receive tailored training and the chance to work on projects that reflect your strengths and aspirations.

Your Grad Journey

Your graduate experience will vary depending on the business area you join, with programs ranging from 12 to 24 months and including structured rotations, specialist experiences, and exposure to different teams and projects across the organisation.

Program Eligibility

- You identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
- You must be in your final year of study of a university degree, or
- You have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, but it must be no more than three years ago.
- You will need to be available to start with us as a permanent employee in February 2027
