About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Business Finance Specialist to join our team in Collingwood.
You’ll receive qualified leads from our marketing team and manage the entire process from first conversation through to settlement. Your role is to understand each client's business, package the deal, identify the best lending solution, and work closely with our lender panel to get it across the line.
This is a sales role for someone who knows how to build trust, manage a pipeline, and close deals.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing qualified inbound leads from first contact to settlement
- Understanding each client's business and funding requirements
- Reviewing financial information and packaging lending applications
- Matching clients with the most suitable lender and product
- Liaising with lenders to negotiate and progress applications
- Managing your own pipeline and following up opportunities
- Building long-term relationships with clients
- Working towards sales and settlement targets
What we’re looking for
- Experience in business lending, commercial finance, banking or business broking
- Strong sales ability with confidence speaking to business owners
Highly regarded
- Experience working with Australian small businesses
- Existing relationships with business lenders
- Experience with CRM systems and sales pipelines
