Interface Manager, Sydney

The Project

This is a complex, large scale, infrastructure programme in Sydney that will benefit the people and bring a positive impact to the community. Working with an amazing client and talented Mace team, this project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.

You'll Be Responsible For

- Lead the successful delivery of projects, managing timeframes, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Drive collaboration across clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to align strategies and resolve interface challenges.
- Provide subject matter expertise, ensuring programmes, staging plans, and sequencing are integrated and delivered on time.
- Champion Safety First and embed Mace's HSW, quality, digital, and sustainability standards.
- Manage senior team members, supporting performance, development, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to broader business activities, including reporting, resourcing, commercial strategy, and client engagement.

You'll Need To Have

- Proven capability delivering effective stakeholder engagement across complex, multi-disciplinary environments.




- Skilled in developing, implementing, and reviewing engagement strategies that support organisational objectives.
- Strong collaboration skills across design, construction, operations, and senior leadership teams.
- Aviation or major programme experience beneficial but not essential.
