What you'll be doing
As Educational Leader, you'll play a key role in creating an engaging, high-quality program while supporting and developing your team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the planning and continuous improvement of engaging educational programs
- Coaching, mentoring and inspiring educators to deliver exceptional experiences
- Championing child-led, play-based learning aligned with the approved learning framework
- Encouraging reflective practice and a culture of continuous improvement
- Building positive relationships with children, families, schools and the wider community
- Supporting compliance with the National Quality Framework while maintaining high standards of care
- Creating an inclusive environment where every child feels safe, supported and empowered to thrive
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone who is passionate about education, enjoys leading others and is committed to delivering outstanding outcomes for children.
You’ll ideally have:
- Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent) (desirable)
- Minimum three years' experience within Early Childhood Education and Care
- Strong knowledge of the approved learning framework
- Experience coaching, mentoring and developing educators
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A strong understanding of child development and evidence-based teaching practices
- Confidence leading teams and driving continuous improvement
- Current First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
