Part‑Time Diploma Educator – Bensville Centre

Coast Community Preschool (CCP), a key ministry of Coast Community Church, operates two not‑for‑profit centres on the Central Coast of NSW. Our vision is to provide children and families with a "foundation for life" by helping them discover their unique identity and build confidence in our Creator God.

Our Bensville location is a 35‑place long day care centre, providing nurturing care and quality early childhood education for children aged 2 to 6 years.

We Are Currently Seeking:

Part‑Time Diploma Educator - Leadership Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Diploma-qualified Educator to join our team 30 hours per week, working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Applicants with leadership experience are encouraged to apply.

This role offers the opportunity for future career progression into a leadership position, such as Educational Leader and/or Second‑in‑Charge (2IC), for the right candidate.

We are looking for educators who share our heart for families and our passion for seeing children thrive. Ideally, you are a robust leader who embraces our vision and values and wants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have:

- Diploma qualification
- current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Current Senior First Aid (desirable but not essential)
- Approved training in anaphylaxis and emergency asthma management (desirable but not essential)
