The Role

We are seeking an experienced Co-Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor who demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality early childhood education and care.

The successful applicant will work collaboratively with the Co-Centre Director, centre leadership team, other Centre Directors across the network, and the Management team to achieve shared goals.

In partnership with our current Co-Centre Director you will provide robust leadership, inspire and mentor a dedicated team of educators, and foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.



You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre while leading and supporting the team to deliver exceptional education and care in accordance with the National Quality Framework, the National Law and Regulations, and all relevant legislative requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor of Education Early Childhood or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care

Blue Card and National Police Check

Excellent verbal and written communication

At least 3 years' experience as a Centre Director and Nominated Supervisor of a large service (150+places)

Ability to establish and foster strong partnerships with families, community organisations, and the wider local community.

Comprehensive understanding of the EYLF, NQS and Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations, with the ability to apply these in daily practice.

Experience leading a team through the Assessment and Rating process.
