We are looking for a motivatedContracts Administratorto join our team as we continue to deliver essential infrastructure projects-including road construction, marine works, and structural remediation-across the local region.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based on the Sunshine Coast. You will work closely with our senior management and Site Foremen to support operations, manage project documentation, and ensure our high standards for safety and quality are met. This role is ideal for a skilled looking to gain hands-on experience in a tech-savvy environment utilizing modern construction practices.

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, coordination, and oversight of daily site activities.

Support the management of site personnel and subcontractors to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Ensure all project activities comply with our certified Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001).

Maintain meticulous project documentation, including site diaries, safety reports, and quality assurance records.





Assist in managing material deliveries and site inventory to ensure project timelines are met.

Utilize modern technology, such as our surveying rover and 3D modeling, to assist in site accuracy and efficiency.

Communicate proactively with project managers and stakeholders to resolve on-site challenges.

Qualifications

A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Prior experience or a strong internship background in civil or marine construction is highly regarded.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Tech-savvy with a willingness to adapt to modern construction technology and software.

Foundational knowledge of OHS regulations and environmental management.

A commitment to sustainability and community values.

Ability to work on-site at various locations across the Sunshine Coast.
