This is a varied part-time 0.4 or 15 hours/week role for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on coordination work and understands the importance of keeping sites, vehicles and service environments safe, reliable and well supported.

As an key part of the QA team, you will work across facilities and fleet, to help ensure maintenance, contractor activity, vehicle servicing, records and follow-up are managed carefully and consistently across multiple locations. The role would suit someone who enjoys variety, takes responsibility seriously and understands the importance of keeping essential operational matters moving.

In this role, you will support:

- planned and reactive maintenance across 3Bridges sites
- contractor attendance, quotes, approvals, records and completion follow-up
- fleet servicing, registration, insurance, maintenance and vehicle documentation
- vehicle defects, repairs, incident reporting and follow-up
- practical site safety requirements and emergency preparedness support

About You

You are organised, practical and great at follow-through. You like variety, enjoy working with different people and understand that operational details matter.

You may have worked in facilities coordination, fleet administration, operations,



property coordination, service administration or a similar role. What matters most is your ability to manage competing requests, keep accurate records, communicate clearly and follow matters through to completion.

This role would suit someone with:

- experience in facilities, fleet, operations, property or a similar coordination role
- confidence managing maintenance requests, servicing, records, defects or repairs
- experience supporting fleet administration, vehicle records or vehicle maintenance follow-up
- strong organisation, recordkeeping and follow-through skills
- confidence liaising with contractors, suppliers, site leaders and internal teams
- A current unrestricted driver’s licence is required.
- Experience in community services, aged care, disability, education, health or another service-based environment would be helpful, but is not essential.
