About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager,
you will play an integral role in the day-to-day operation of our warehouse, ensuring products are received, stored and dispatched accurately while maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation and safety.
This is a hands-on role that requires someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, takes pride in their work and is willing to go the extra mile for both customers and teammates.
Experience within the energy, industrial, engineering or fluid handling industries will be highly regarded. Candidates with backgrounds involving products such as pipe, valves, flanges, fittings, drilling equipment, hydraulic components, industrial hardware or similar technical products are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming goods against purchase orders and supplier documentation.
- Verify material certifications, test certificates and supporting documentation in accordance with our ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
- Organise warehouse storage to maximise efficiency and presentation.
- Safely load and unload freight using forklifts and other lifting equipment.
- Coordinate freight bookings with transport providers and monitor deliveries.
- Maintain clean, organised and safe warehouse facilities.
- Assist with rental equipment preparation, inspection and mobilisation.
- Work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and inventory processes.
- Ensure compliance with all workplace health, safety and quality procedures.
About You
We're looking for someone who is reliable, motivated and enjoys working as part of a high-performing team.
Ideally you will have:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, stores or logistics role.
- Experience within the oil & gas, mining, engineering, industrial supplies, steel, pipe, valves, pumps, flanges, fittings or similar industries will be highly regarded.
- A current Forklift Licence (LF).
- Current Australian Driver Licence.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Pride in maintaining a clean, professional and safe workplace.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
