Our Town Fencing is on the lookout for hardworking Trade Assistants to join our team at our Heatherbrae NSW site.

As a leading provider of high-quality fencing solutions, we've spent more than 20 years building a reputation for quality products, exceptional service, and a supportive team culture.

We're now looking for reliable and motivated individuals to support our fabrication and production teams.

Day-to-day responsibilties:

- Operate and maintain basic workshop equipment such as drills, and grinders
- Assist with the movement, handling, and storage of sheet metal materials and finished products
- Support fabrication and assembly teams to meet production deadlines
- Perform general labouring, workshop duties, and housekeeping
- Safely use hand and power tools
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work setting

Requirements:

- Reliable with a strong work ethic




- Able to work well in a team environment
- Experience using hand and power tools preferred
- Forklift licence preferred but not essential
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- Able to follow directions and work safely
- Driver's licence and own reliable transport
