The Cabra Leagues Sports & Community Group is currently seeking to expand its Management team by hiring a Duty Manager. This position will involve taking on supervisory shifts when required at our Cabramatta venues and will be responsible for the daily operations of all trading areas within the club, with a strong emphasis on customer service.

To be successful in these roles you will have:

- A desire to learn and contribute, along with 2-3 years of previous Supervisory or Duty Manager experience within the club industry.
- Valid TAB, RSA, RCG and ARCG certificates.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Outstanding time management.
- Sound conflict resolution skills.
- An understanding of regulatory compliance to Club operations.
- The ability to work weekends, nights, and public holidays.
- Running day-to-day operations of the club, which include opening and closing of the club.
- Engaging with members and guests to ensure the best possible club experience.




- Reporting on the club's financial performance, including cash handling and financial transactions.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation: Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, Gaming Machines Act, and WHS responsibilities.
- Maintaining exceptional customer service standards by leading your team with a hand-on approach.
- Assisting other staff members in tasks that are fair, reasonable and within the scope of the Duty Managers responsibilities.
- Monitoring staff ensuring that they are working to the club's standards in relation to occupational health and safety, hygiene of all bars, tables, floor etc.
