Melrose Contracting Pty Ltd is a highly regarded Roofing company with operations in Sydney, Newcastle, South Coast and ACT. We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Maintenance Coordinator to join us at our Kings Park office. Roofing Knowledge and Experience are advantageous.
You will be an organised, friendly, and focused person who can work independently or as part of a team.
Contacting and liaising with builders.
Keeping track of maintenance and ensuring all deadlines are met.
Scheduling of work.
Understanding of Metal Roofing works and terminologies.
General administrative duties where required.
Ideal Candidate will have:
Strong written and communication skills.
Accurate data entry skills and robust attention to detail.
An ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.
Be a self-starter and show initiative.
Ability to read site plans and specifications.
Extensive knowledge and experience in the Fascia, Gutter and Metal Roofing Industry.
