We are seeking a Site Engineer to join our team on the landmark renewable energy project, Boulder Creek Wind Farm, located near Rockhampton, Queensland.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and administer construction engineering activities to ensure works are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.
- Monitor site progress, subcontractor performance and productivity to achieve installation milestones.
- Prepare progress reports, forecasts, cost tracking and assist with budget management.
- Oversee quality compliance including ITPs, lot conformance, RFIs and NCR management.
- Collaborate with project engineers, supervisors and subcontractors to mitigate risk and maintain workflow.

About you

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience as a Graduate or Site Engineer on a major infrastructure or renewables project.
- Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving capability with commercial awareness.




- Working knowledge of QA systems, construction legislation and HSE requirements.
- Highly organised communicator who builds strong relationships across site teams and stakeholders.
