We're looking for passionate Casual Early Childhood Teachers to join our team across our Redlands services, enjoying the variety and flexibility that comes with supporting multiple centres.

About the Role

As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will:

- Lead a high-quality Kindergarten program guided by the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline and the Early Years Learning Framework.

- Build genuine, trusting relationships with children, families and your team.

- Create learning experiences that are responsive to children's interests, strengths and theories.

- Foster an environment where curiosity, creativity and critical thinking can flourish.

- Work collaboratively with educators to create a solid culture of reflection and continuous improvement.

- Mentor and support educators to strengthen educational practice.

- Build meaningful partnerships with families and the wider community.

- Advocate for children's voices and recognise every child as a capable and active participant in their own learning.

- Contribute to a culture where inquiry, play and meaningful relationships are at the heart of everything we do.

About You





You are someone who:

- Holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification).

- Has experience leading, or is confident leading, a Kindergarten program.

- Has a strong understanding of the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline, Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard.

- Believes relationships are at the heart of quality teaching.

- Sees children as capable, competent and full of potential.

- Enjoys mentoring and collaborating with educators.

- Values curiosity, reflection and continuous learning.

- Builds strong partnerships with families and the wider community.

- Brings kindness, professionalism and enthusiasm to every day.

- Holds (or is willing to obtain) a current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
