We are seeking a warm, professional and highly organised Medical Receptionist to join our growing specialist pain management practice.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a supportive and patient-focused team working alongside a Specialist Pain Medicine Physician in a modern, newly established clinic in the St Andrews Precinct.

Key Responsibilities

- Greeting patients and managing front desk operations
- Answering phones and handling enquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Scheduling appointments and managing clinic lists
- Coordinating theatre bookings, procedure lists, and hospital liaison
- Preparing and managing pre-operative and post-operative documentation
- Processing patient billing, Medicare claims, and EFTPOS payments
- Preparing patient files and correspondence
- Liaising with hospitals,



referrers, and other healthcare providers
- General administrative support to the practice team

About You

- Previous experience in medical reception or administration
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentProfessional presentation and a positive, team-oriented attitude
