The Role:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work within a supportive team and play an integral role in building effective relationships with both our external and internal customers. This role is for a specific customer on a dedicated account. You will be processing sales orders, transport bookings and allocations, back orders and supporting the warehouse operations team. You will be happy to assist on the warehouse floor when required.

Key Responsibilities include:

Responsibility for the timely and accurate processing of transactions for movement of goods into and out of the warehouse with a high focus on return stock.

Running periodic reports on warehouse KPIs and operations.

Liaise with shipping/transport companies regarding scheduling containers for delivery into warehouse and transport bookings for despatch

Liaise with warehouse staff regarding the progress of orders, stock receipts, dispatches

Prepare paperwork for the warehouse team for orders, reworks, put-aways, loading, unloading etc.

Liaise with other stake holders,



regarding time of arrivals, billing enquiries, order progress, stock enquiries etc.

Chase up proof of delivery (POD) and maintain correct records

Processing orders from emails

Processing and printing pick slips

Investigating stock discrepancies & assisting with stock takes

Prompt reporting of inventory, paperwork, or transactional discrepancies

Follow up on processes to ensure all orders are despatched on time.

Liaising with our wider transport team and warehouse team

Manifesting orders at the end of the day

Booking in transport for deliveries and inter-company transfers

Critical Qualifications & Experience:

Experience in a busy warehouse workplace with an understanding of warehouse processes

Excellent office skills including MS Office (word, excel & Outlook), time management, interpersonal skills and attention to detail

Results focused with the ability to work collaboratively with the team

Must be able to work 5 days, 38 hours per week

This role is on site as you will need to be aware of warehouse movements. Work from home is not available for this role.

Successful applicants will be required to complete a national police history check and pre-employment medical screening to perform the role and meet the requirements of M3 Logistics induction and training program prior to commencing work.
