Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our Permanent Modular Construction (PMC) team.

This is a predominantly site-based role, working across project sites throughout South East Queensland, primarily in the Brisbane and Gold Coast regions. While the role is supported by our Rocklea and Luscombe offices, the majority of your time will be spent on-site coordinating construction and installation activities.

What You'll Be Doing

As Site Supervisor, you will coordinate and oversee modular building installations and associated site works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate trades, subcontractors and installation crews across multiple projects
- Manage site installation activities from mobilisation through to completion
- Liaise with clients, project teams and stakeholders to ensure projects remain on schedule




- Prepare and manage SWMS, risk assessments and site documentation
- Ensure compliance with ATCO and client safety requirements
- Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, permits and site establishment activities
- Plan labour, materials and equipment requirements
- Monitor installation progress and resolve site issues as they arise
- Assist with project programming, cost estimates and reporting

What You’ll Bring

We're looking for a practical, organised and solutions-focused construction professional who enjoys working on-site and coordinating people, projects and subcontractors.

To be successful, you will have:

- Experience supervising construction, installation or building projects
- Robust understanding of construction and site installation processes
- Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple work fronts
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving abilities
- Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Qualifications & Experience

- Certificate IV in Building & Construction (or currently working towards)
- Current White Card
- Current Driver's Licence
- Experience within modular construction or similar project-based environments will be highly regarded
