Due to continued growth and project awards, Stripes Civil is seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operators to join our team in the Northwest, and New England regions. The ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience in civil construction and be required to prove mobile plant proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate machinery including Skid Steer, HR Truck, Loader, Grader, Roller, and Excavators.
- Conduct pre-start checks and daily maintenance on modern earthmoving equipment.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working workplace.
- Work effectively in a team to meet project timelines and standards.

Requirements

- Proven experience operating mobile equipment including Skid Steer, Roller, HR Truck, Moxy, Loader, Grader and Excavators.




- Relevant tickets and licenses for machinery operation preferred.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to WHS regulations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in various locations.
- Willingness to undertake Drug and Alcohol screening.
