This opportunity is ideal for someone who already has market exposure and relationships but is looking for a platform where performance is recognised, bureaucracy is minimal, and entrepreneurial thinking is encouraged. What You'll Be Doing: You'll have the autonomy to develop your own client base while managing a broad range of industrial sales and leasing transactions across Sydney.
Responsibilities include:
- Securing new listings and generating business opportunities
- Negotiating industrial sales and lease transactions
- Advising owners, occupiers, investors and developers
- Conducting appraisals, inspections and market analysis
- Building long-term client relationships through exceptional service
- Working collaboratively with an experienced commercial property team to maximise opportunities
Who We're Looking for You'll likely have:
- A proven background in industrial sales and/or leasing
- Strong local market knowledge and an existing network
- A natural ability to win business and build trusted relationships
- A self-motivated approach with a genuine drive to succeed
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A current NSW driver's licence (Real Estate Licence or Certificate preferred)
